Inspired by a good mood and colours, “Rūta“ presents a new addition to its 90g chocolate collection! Ruby Chocolate with chopped almonds – a combination of fruity freshness, subtle sourness and a pleasant nutty crispness.

The Ruby chocolate is unique in that its extraordinary colour, as well as the fruity flavour, are completely natural, acquired without the use of artificial food colouring or additives. Ruby chocolate is produced from purple coloured beans and, through the use of an inventive cocoa bean preparation process, the colour and the flavour are preserved. This type of chocolate became what is known as Ruby chocolate due to its delicate pink colour.
