Coffee “Brazil Sul de Minas” 250 g

Brazil Sul de Minas are ground coffee freshly roasted in Lithuania. Intense, solid, naturally sweet flavour. Enjoy the aroma of nuts and dark chocolate.

Composition: 100 % arabica. Subspecies: Bourbon, Mundo Novo. Roast level: medium. Grind size: medium. Country of origin: Brazil. Recommended preparation (ground coffee): French press; directly in a cup; filter coffee machine.

A larger grind size is recommended for making coffee in a cup. We recommend 10–12 g of coffee per 200 ml of water. Do not pour boiling water on your coffee―wait until it stops boiling. Make sure to cover all the ground coffee when you pour the water over. After pouring the water, wait 3–4 minutes, then use a spoon to pass over the produced layer 3 or 4 times. Some of the coffee grounds will sink to the bottom of the cup; remove any grounds remaining on the surface and enjoy your coffee!
