SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT

The Supplier Code of Conduct reflects the aspiration of UAB Rūta to strengthen its sustainable cooperation with suppliers by promoting legal, professional and fair practices that include the respect for human rights, business ethics and environmental goals. Its purpose is to set out the main provisions of the conduct of the suppliers of UAB Rūta, while the observance of this code constitutes a prerequisite and the conditions for the implementation of the company’s standards of business ethics within the supply chain.

PROCEDURE FOR THE SUBMISSION AND EXAMINATION OF COMPLAINTS

At UAB Rūta, all complaints are examined in accordance with the company’s procedure for the submission and examination of complaints, which applies to all our employees, customers and business partners. According to this procedure, reports on possible violations that could have a negative impact on human rights can be submitted and examined.
